Why is this painting of a man eating a steak so big?
I love this painting.
I mean, I love the guy, but it’s just…it’s a mess.
I’m not sure how to put it.
The painting is so big that he’s eating a large steak and then he looks at his plate and he looks up at the ceiling and he says, “I can’t wait to eat that!”
And then the steak comes up, and he eats it.
I love that, but I’m like, “How is he eating that?”
And then I think about this guy who’s got an enormous steak in his hand and he’s sitting at the table, he’s looking at it and he goes, “Why is it so big?”
And he looks around the table and he thinks, “Oh, well, maybe it’s too big.”
But he goes and eats it anyway.
I think he has a problem.
I feel bad for him.
I just think that it’s the biggest thing in the world, right?
It’s so big.
And then he goes up to the ceiling.
“This is too big.
I can’t eat this.
I’ve been eating too much for a week.”
He goes, “[I have] no idea what to do.”
So that’s how I feel.
